This position paper assesses progress on each of the essential actions identified in the 2018 B.C. Water Leaders’ Statement of Essential Elements for Freshwater Protection. It is based on information received at the October 2019 Water Leaders-Provincial Government Dialogue On Water, Climate, and Reconciliation, as well as a high-level scan of publicly available policy information.
