In advance of World Water Day 2018, the Times Colonist published an op-ed authored by the WSP’s Rosie Simms, Jesse Baltutis, and Oliver M. Brandes. It describes how in Canada, and especially on the “wet” west coast, we must not be complacent about our water wealth and the difficulties ahead.
