Anticipating a new “modernized” Water Sustainability Act, this article outlines opinions of several stakeholders (including the WSP’s Oliver M. Brandes) regarding what needs to happen to ensure B.C.’s watersheds remain protected under the new Act. The article appeared in the March issue of Media Planet, an independent section to the Vancouver Sun.
