The National Post published a Canadian Press story about how the British Columbia government is already moving ahead with recommendations from the independent recommendations report, From Crisis to Solutions: Towards Better Source Water Protection and Nutrient Management in the Hullcar Valley. The B.C. Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy commissioned a review team led by the University of Victoria’s POLIS Project on Ecological Governance to prepare this report.
