The Nelson Star published an article describing a study on water governance to be conducted by the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK). This initiative follows a May 2018 workshop hosted by POLIS that was attended by RDCK officials. The aim of the study is to clarify RDCK’s role in water governance, and it could result in the formation of a new water governance body with members from many sectors.
