Brandes and Kirk Stinchcombe delivered the workshop “Worth Every Penny: Conservation-Oriented Water Pricing on Vancouver Island and Across Canada.” Hosted by Convening for Action on Vancouver Island and the Regional District of Nanaimo, this event was for practitioners and decision-makers from Vancouver Island and surrounding area. It drew on POLIS research from the May 2010 report Worth Every Penny: A Primer on Conservation-Oriented Water Pricing.
