Make Some Noise: Media Engagement and Water Law Reform

Date: June 19th, 2015

In this webinar, the speakers discuss the importance of public participation in media engagement, particularly when it comes to influencing water policy and law reforms. They also offer some tangible tools to increase your chances of being heard. Given specific opportunities for new, improved environmental regulations under British Columbia’s Water Sustainability Act, this webinar focused on examples from B.C.’s current water law reform process. However, the lessons offered are of value to individuals in jurisdictions across the country.
