This webinar explores some of the complex issues surrounding projected increases in industrial water use in northeast B.C. and how the management and oversight of water use may be impacted by proposed changes to provincial water legislation. It also discusses recent work related to the authorization of long-term water licences for fracking purposes in the Fort Nelson First Nation territory.
