POLIS’ Oliver M. Brandes was an opening panellist at the webinar conference “An Interdisciplinary Perspective on the Future Canada Water Agency.” He spoke on the legal considerations of Canadian water governance with a focus on watershed governance and a modernized Canada Water Act as a pathway to a sustainable future. The event was presented by the Public Law Centre, Centre on Governance, Centre for Environmental Law and Global Sustainability, and Alex Trebek Forum for Dialogue from the University of Ottawa.
