This webinar marked the launch of Peeling Back the Pavement: A Blueprint for Reinventing Rainwater Management in Canada’s Communities, a new publication from the POLIS Project on Ecological Governance at the University of Victoria—the fourth instalment in its water sustainability handbook series for local governments.
