The WSP’s Laura Brandes authored an article for the Fall 2012 issue of BC Water & Waste Association (BCWWA)’s quarterly Watermark magazine. The article focuses on POLIS’ June 2012 public lecture on “navigating our water future” and options for water governance reform in B.C.
