The WSP's Laura Brandes and Oliver M. Brandes co-authored an article in the November 2012 issue of Municipal World magazine. Drawing on the POLIS handbook Peeling Back the Pavement: A Blueprint for Reinventing Rainwater Management in Canada's Communities, the article describes the importance of looking beyond the current concept of stormwater management towards one that treats rainwater as a valuable resource.
